By using any service provided by Drawbridge Solutions LLC, including software, websites, and automated communications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Drawbridge Solutions provides software and technology services to escape room and entertainment venue operators. These terms also apply to end users who interact with Drawbridge-powered features on behalf of those operators, including automated post-experience communications.
3. SMS Communications
Drawbridge Solutions sends automated SMS messages on behalf of venue operators to customers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive communications at the time of booking.
By providing your phone number through a venue's booking process you agree to receive a single automated text message from that venue containing a link to your experience photos or media following your visit.
Message frequency is one message per experience. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of future messages reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number.
Reply HELP for assistance or contact us atsupport@drawbridgesolutions.com.
Opting out does not affect your ability to access your experience photos through other means provided by the venue.
4. Data and Privacy
Your personal information including your phone number is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available athttps://drawbridgesolutions.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided by Drawbridge Solutions is the property of Drawbridge Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Drawbridge Solutions does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drawbridge Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or communications.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
